These terms apply to your use of imapsmtpmcp, operated by OrthoGraph Kft. (Honvéd utca 49, 2009 Pilisszentlászló, Hungary; company registration number 13-09-101767; tax number 13418414-2-13). By connecting a mailbox, you confirm that you are authorized to access and manage it and to send mail through its server.

What the service does

imapsmtpmcp connects ChatGPT to mailboxes you configure. It can search and read messages, handle attachments, manage folders, prepare deletion, save drafts and send email. The availability of a feature depends on your mail server and ChatGPT. There is currently no email-count limit imposed by this service.

Your responsibility

Check recipients, attachments and message contents before asking ChatGPT to send mail. Review confirmation pages before deleting mail or folders. You are responsible for having permission to use the configured account, complying with applicable mail-server terms, and keeping your mail credentials secure.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or delivery of every message. Mail servers, network connections and ChatGPT are separate services that may affect results. Features and these terms may change; material updates will be reflected on this page.

Stopping use

Ask ChatGPT to remove one mailbox or to delete your entire imapsmtpmcp account. Follow the secure confirmation link it provides; complete account deletion requires typing DELETE MY ACCOUNT. This revokes your service access and removes all active account records but does not change mail stored on your mail servers. You can also disconnect the plugin in ChatGPT. For help, visit Support.
